Goods
are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving an online order or wire
transfer. Allow minimum 5 working days for delivery by FedEx. This
includes custom clearance at origin and destination. We will intimate
you the details of dispatch by email. Please inform us if you find
any deficiency in the service of FedEx.
Since we produce goods in small batches in order to use fresh herbs,
some goods may not be in stock at times. These are indicated in
the shopping cart. Purchase of such goods may result in a delayed
dispatch of the complete order. The expected dispatch date will
be intimated to you. Goods maybe shipped out of India directly to
the customer.
Prices
& Taxes
All prices displayed are exclusive of shipping. Shipping is charged
extra as per our shipping policy and includes shipping up to the
shipping address provided.
Over and above this there are no local clearance charges or taxes
to be paid by you. In case of any problems please contact us.
Wholesale
We also offer wholesale prices to customers who buy regularly &
in large volume. Different shipping rates apply to wholesale customers.

Returns
& Refunds
Individual
customers (who buy for their own use) have a right to cancel the
sale within seven days of placing the order or receiving the goods
whichever is longer. On cancellation before the goods are shipped,
we will take 24 hours to refund your amount after deducting WorldPay
charges. However if you wish to cancel after the goods have been
shipped, you will receive a refund after goods have been returned
to us in good condition. Write to us if you need more information

Ordering
& Payments
We currently accept payments only through online payment & wire
transfers. Online payment is routed through WorldPay, a reputed
Internet Payment Gateway. When you click on Pay button, you will
be routed to WorldPay’s secure server. WorldPay accepts Visa
& MasterCard. Currently we accept payments only in Euros.
Customers wishing to pay by bank transfer can also email their orders
to us and we will revert with our bank details. Orders will be dispatched
on receipt of funds in our account.
